Delete your account
You can request deletion without reinstalling Parrot.
In the app
Open Settings → Parrot Cloud → Delete Parrot Cloud account… Sign in again if asked, then confirm deletion. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account.
Without the app
Email us from the address associated with your Parrot Cloud account. Ask to delete your account and associated data. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password.
Or write to rok@parrotapp.dev. We respond to privacy requests within one month, subject to any lawful extension explained to you.
What deletion removes
Your cloud account, uploaded library and associated synced data, including reading activity, annotations and recaps. Save your own copies of books and notes before deleting: account deletion is permanent.
What deletion does not remove
Books on your own Storyteller or Audiobookshelf servers and files already on your devices are not deleted. Remove those separately if you wish.
Limited file-operation audit records are retained for up to 180 days with the account identifier removed. Blocked-file hashes, previously sent monitoring data and infrastructure backups have separate retention rules described in the privacy policy.
