Parrot Connector
Parrot Connector privacy
Parrot Connector is a browser extension made by Lunaria (Ljubljana, Slovenia) for the Parrot web app.
What it does with data
- It sends requests from the Parrot web app to the book servers you approve, and passes their answers back to the Parrot web app. Those requests can carry what the Parrot web app puts in them, such as your server user name and password when you sign in, or a sign-in token. They go only to the server you approved, directly from your browser.
- It does not send your browser’s cookies with these requests and does not keep the cookies the servers send.
What it stores
Only the list of servers you approved. Your browser keeps this list as the extension’s permissions. You can see it and remove servers on the extension’s options page, or in your browser’s extension settings.
What it does not do
- It does not collect, store or send any information to Lunaria or to anyone other than the servers you approved.
- It has no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising.
- It does not read or change the web pages you visit, and no website other than the Parrot web app can use it.
- It does not sell or transfer data, and does not use it for anything other than the requests the Parrot web app makes for you.
What the Parrot web app does with your server data is described in Parrot’s privacy policy.
